The Estates of Louis Jadot has invested in the complex terroir of the highly regarded Yamhill-Carlton sub appellation, within Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
The Resonance Vineyard is dry farmed and biodynamic techniques are the focus of this specific single vineyard production. With its non-grafted rootstock planted in 1981, the vineyard is one of the oldest in the Willamette Valley.
Bold red fruit aromas of black cherry and current with a layer of dark earthy minerality. The tannins are well structured and complex for such a young wine and The Resonance possesses the ability to age gracefully.
Winemaker Jacques Lardiere had worked for Louis Jadot for over forty years and came out of retirement to crafts a wine of full expression and bold balance.
The Resonance is an excellent wine for food pairing of all types, from a cozy French onion soup to a beautiful quail with fig glaze. This wine is a joy to the palate and we hope you enjoy this wine as it is a vintage that should not be missed. Cheers!

"Light and focused, showing distinctive subtlety. A layer of crinkly tannins underlies a pulsing core of mineral-accented cherry and red berry flavors, hinting at cinnamon as the finish lingers gently. Best from 2017 through 2023."
"Nice ruby red color, spices well supported by a nice and subtle "boise" with well-structured tannins and minerality. Still very young, the wine exhibits excellent ageing potential, it will only get better with age.
