This year, the event will be held at the Commemorative Air Force Museum in Camarillo, California. The museum features numerous vintage aircraft, including World War II fighters. We are flattered that this year the Symphony of Wine has chosen David Breitstein, proprietor of the Duke of Bourbon, as their Maestro of Food & Wine. He follows in the footsteps of past Maestros Ken Volk of Wild Horse Winery fame, Frank Ostini of Hitching Post Restaurant and Winery and Jim Clendenen of Au Bon Climat. This promises to be one exciting event! David's friends have gone all out to honor him. The outstanding cuisine will be prepared on the spot by the talented chefs of Valentino, Hitching Post, Le Cafe, Leila's and Bacara Resort . . . the exciting live auction will be conducted by famed auctioneer David Reynolds . . . the unique venue will place guests among a fascinating collection . . . all reasons to attend the 2004 Symphony of Wine. Dinner wines to be served include offerings from: Au Bon Climat, Duckhorn Vineyards, Hitching Post, Iron Horse Vineyards, Joseph Phelps Vineyards, Long Vineyards, Louis M.
