Chateau Dassault 2012 Bordeaux Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

91 Points by Robert Parker:

The Dassault family, a passionate pioneer in the aeronautics industry, new technologies and art markets, became interested in fine wines at an early age.
Marcel Dassault, captain of visionary industry, acquired the Château Couperie in 1955 on a "coup de coeur". He renamed the property to his name and made every effort to turn it into a recognized Grand Cru. The property sees the quality of its wine production progressing vintage after vintage. In 1969, by its accession to the rank of Grand Cru Classé, Château Dassault reached its true dimension. 750 ML

Great finesse, harmonious structure and elegance. The tannins are present but not dominant, leaving the best place to the fruits and the aromas which can thus flourish in the mouth.
