Who Said Australian Shiraz is not for the Holiday Season?

"This Cabernet Sauvignon is both complex and alluring upon first tasting its dark fruit and fresh herbaceous qualities. Well balanced with dense forest fruits and fresh berries evolving with the crispness of allspice. Its poised tannins create a wonderful support to the wine while not distracting from its intriguing flavour. The grapes were grown on the Joppich vineyard in Langhorne Creek and Mollydooker vineyards in McLaren Vale. Barrel fermented and matured in 87% American and 13% French oak using 11% new, 71% one year old and 18% two year old barrels. Alc: 15.5% Residual sugar: 3.4 g/L pH: 3.60 "
