Champagne Louis De Sacy Brut Original:
"67% of Pinot Noir. From the beginning until today, this percentage is the blending base of champagne LOUIS DE SACY. Brut Originel is completed by 30% of Chardonnay and 3% of Pinot Meunier and represents the masterpiece of our range as it reveals the original character of the LOUIS DE SACY production. A well-structured Champagne without aggressiveness and a long finish allowing all expressions of the “terroir.” This very fine Champagne can be aged for years."

Maison Roche Del Bellene 2011 Bourgogne Pinot Noir:
"Classic, old-vine red Burgundy from star winemaker, Nicolas Potel. “An appealingly complex nose of fresh, ripe and earthy red berries…all wrapped in a lingering and balanced finish."

Thibault Liger-Bélair 2012 Bourgogne Blanc:
"The 2012 Bourgogne Blanc is an outstanding value...and the good news is that there are 500 cases imported into the United States. A completely naked example of Chardonnay, almost all of it from the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais area, this wine is aged totally in tank and goes through malolactic, but displays delicious honeysuckle, apple blossom, delicate pineapple and white peach notes as well as excellent texture, gorgeous purity, and no oak whatsoever. Drink this beauty over the next several years."

Thibault Liger-Belair 2012 Bourgogne Rouge:
"The wine is showing a classic Burgundian nose of bright but round red fruits and exotic spice. It offers a rich mid-palate that one usually only gets from red Burgundies that cost three times the price, and the wine finishes with earthy notes that hint of forest floor. This is a special quality that only comes from Pinot Noir from this great growing region. Drinking beautifully now, this unassuming Burgundy has the stuffing to age gracefully over the next 5-7 years. Best of all, it’s complex and classy enough for more special occasions but great for drinking."

Mongeard-Mugneret 2012 Bourgogne Hautes Cotes De Nuits “Les Dames Huguettes”:
"Thanks to the fruit of the Pinot Noir and the youth of the vintage, Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits wine delights the palate of the more educated wine drinker. With its bold and brilliant color, this wine invites you to drink, offering a palette of aromas nuanced with red and black fruit, a truly heady bouquet. In the mouth it astonishes with its length and its power and also with its fineness and generosity. Although a classically made wine, it will surprise the wine drinker and encourage a few into disloyalty. Always a beautiful accompaniment to typical Burgundian cooking, but also a surprisingly good companion to an inventive cuisine such as a beef carpaccio or a lamb filet with a coriander crust."
