KCBX Central Coast Wine Classic
Paragon Vineyards 1994 Pinot Noirs

These outstanding Central Coast Pinot Noirs were produced as a fund-raiser for KCBX Public Radio from grapes grown on the famed Paragon Vineyards of Edna Valley, a prime appellation in San Luis Obispo, California. The Niven Family, owners of Paragon Vineyards as well as co-owners of Edna Valley Vineyards Winery, conceived the idea of providing Pinot Noir grapes for six winemakers to produce his or her own unique version and style of wine. Those included were Jim Clendenen of Au Bon Climat, Gary Mosby of Chimere, Eric Laumann of Edna Valley Vineyards, Richard Dore of Foxen Vineyards, Lane Tanner of Lane Tanner Winery and Bruno D'Alfonso of Sanford Winery. The 1994 Vintage was one of the greatest ever on the Central Coast and these Pinot Noirs are absolutely outstanding. Each winery created a superb rendition of the Paragon Pinot Noir, which we are offering together in a special six-pack containing one bottle from each winery.

beauty.  The intriguing 1994 offering has an abundance of fruit, supple

The newest Chardonnay in the ABC portfolio is produced from grapes grown
on the vineyard of John Alban, who produces very fine Rhone-style wines
under his own label.  This wine is like the other ABC Chardonnays...lots
of great fruit with excellent balance and structure.  Jim thinks this

The Duke is Off to France Again!

Join David and Judy Breitstein for their fifth exciting and educational trip to the great Bordeaux Region of France scheduled for May 15-24, 1997. This deluxe, fully-escorted trip will consist of three nights in Paris and six nights in Bordeaux and will include a one-day journey to the Champagne Region for a visit to the famed House of Bollinger. In Bordeaux, visits have been arranged to many of the finest Chateaux, including Petrus, Pavie, Margaux, Leoville-Barton, Latour, Lynch-Bages, Lafite-Rothschild, Palmer, Cos d'Estournel and Haut Brion. In addition, a side-trip to the Sauternes Region will feature a visit to the famed Chateau Raymond-Lafon. This tour will be limited to 18-20 participants. 'Under One Roof Club'

Some of California's best and most exciting wines are produced 'Under One Roof' at the Au Bon Climat/Qupe winery in Santa Maria, California. The innovative minds behind the activities under this roof are constantly experimenting and creating unique and intriguing wines in limited quantities. Many of these wines are so rare that they are never released commercially.

Our 'Under One Roof Club' offers you the opportunity to acquire some of these very limited wines from these highly acclaimed producers on a bi-monthly basis:



The 'Under One Roof Club' will operate as follows:

1. At the beginning of every other month, we will ship 2 bottles of wine selected from the UNDER ONE ROOF wineries.

2.Each shipment will include an information sheet on the wines along with an order form to purchase additional bottles.

3.Membership is for 12 months (it will be renewed automatically unless you notify us to cancel).

4.Wine will be shipped approximately the first five days of the month (September, November, January, etc.).

5.Order will be charged directly to your credit card (which we will keep on file).

Cost is $40.00-$60.00 per shipment (including shipping and handling)
