90-93 points Burghound:"Here too the wood treatment is obvious but less overt with notably ripe and spicy orchard fruit aromas leading to intense, vibrant and sappy medium full flavors that are wrapped in a driving, indeed penetrating mineral and oyster shell infused finish that is deep, complex and long." (Tasted: Oct 01, 2007)

92 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: The 2006 Chablis Vaudesir features ripe yellow plum allied to a pan dripping-like savory meatiness. Hints of lanolin, resin, and spice from the barrel nicely complement the wineäóÁ—Ès roasted and almost honeyed richness. This is a great example of the amplitude and generosity that in 2006 is perfectly compatible with carnal characteristics and other mysterious aspects peculiar to Chablis. Finishing with elegance and subtlety yet a real sense of conviction, it should be worth following for up to a decade.
